The area is nice. You are right in front of the pier and able to walk to small coffee locations or to grab a bite. Was nice that you are able to get picked up from your hotel and attend activities that are not far from where you are staying.

The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and tour activities. The concierge were awesome. Mr.Hernandez and Dalia went above and beyond to help me make the most of my trip. But all the hotel staff spoke English and were very courteous. I didn't like the timeshare presentation aspect of it too much. It was supposed to be a 90 minute presentation, and despite me keep saying no, they were very pushy and took up too much of my limited time (more than 90 minutes). But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for their beautiful pool, clean rooms, and convenient location.

Our balcony door did not lock because the latch was broken. We had to call maintenance to change the latch, and knowing that it was that easy to screw on and off felt a little uneasy as well. Our toilet over flowed and our room never got cleaned. We tried to get lunch at the rooftop bar but got denied because they didn’t open until 1PM which, in my opinion, is a little late. I would say security is pretty good, they are constantly watching who enters and leaves the lobby. The pool had garbage in it and there wasn’t anyone maintaining it. It was just ok, definitely not a 4-5 start resort quality but maybe 3/5.

It was an okay stay for the price. It was a little outdated but fine. Pool and pool bar were nice with a pretty laid back atmosphere and the bartender made great drinks. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Great location downtown
