Swim up bar is very small but other pools are very nice and big. Food closes between 11-12:30 which is inconvenient and a bit frustrating for an “all inclusive resort.”

Very poor response by management to solve problems. Mosquito infested restaurant for elite purchasers. Management promised my family to meet at the promenade and they would have the elite restaurant prepare the food. We went at the requested time, but nobody was there. We looked around for someone and then left.

Service was amazing, food was pretty good as well. An airport shuttle (45 min away) or better coordination for group taxi’s would be an area of improvement.

Overall, this resort was excellent. The modern design and well-maintained rooms matched the online photos. The pool area was attractive and enhanced the vacation atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the convenient swim-up bars. The service was consistently great, and I encountered no problems during my stay. As is typical for all-inclusive resorts, the food quality was somewhat inconsistent. However, the entertainment was outstanding and very enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This is exclusively a party resort. Caters to drunks so relaxing is impossible anywhere other than your room. I wanted to lounge by the pool and relax. Not possible with the DJ blaring club music, groups with their own speakers and drunks screaming and yelling all day. I wish I had researched this place more. Came home little more relaxed than when I left.

Place was really nice! Food was great. Staff was nice. But the beds were horrible. Like sleeping on the concrete floor. We asked for mattress tops and they provided them for us. But unless you ask the bed is hard. Other than that I recommend this hotel. Really close to city.
