The property is very well maintained, service has improved dramatically! All the personnel is caring and thoughtful, they anticipate your needs most of the time. One of the pools was unavailable but there were at least 3 more large pools to choose from, all in neat conditions. Food at the buffet can be better, argentinian themed was less than ideal; italian was okay, some of the food was overcooked. All in all it is worth the price!!!

I liked the food options at the Market. The room was nice and spatious. Nice big balcony awesome view I didn’t like that you could not swim in the ocean. They did have hourly shuttle to take you to the other property with swimable beach

Reserved two executive suites and was upgraded to a three bedroom penthouse as part of the Expedia VIP program. This accommodation was festooned with maintenance issues. Maintenance staff was in the room 4 days out of 5. The biggest issue was that the AC didn't work properly. Average temperature was 80-83. Other issues were too numerous to list and since the comfort of the room was a priority, we didn't even bother complaining about them. Gracia our VIP concierge, tried to help but was not supported by her management. Pueblo Bonito Sunset was opened in 2002 and its attention to facility maintenance seems to be severely wanting. I would find it very difficult to trust going to the PBS again when planning for our annual visits to Los Cabos. Afterall, this was a top-of-the-line penthouse accommodation. What does one suspect the typical room quality is like? When we finally resorted to asking for some kind of refund, we were offered a resort credit two hours before our departure. Very tacky. This being our third time at this property, and twentieth time in Los Cabos, we can't find a reason to return to PB Sunset.

I am a former owner/member of Pueblo Bonito and I believe the maintenance has fallen down somewhat. However one thing that has not changed is the quality of service by the employees. On this trip, my check-in agent, Nallely, went above and beyond to ensure all of my family members were in the same building.

This was a beautiful property and different viewpoints including the sky pool were stunning, however the rooms were rather run down and outdated spaces. We had five super executive rooms w jacuzzi within our group, all of which could only get so clean and were kind of an eyesore compared to the rest of the grounds, even though they were considered one of the nicer, larger rooms. The halls for the rooms were also somewhat dingy with open storage room doors and random items left out for example an old mattress. The staff were kind and hard working and there were many options for food. While service was often slow due to how busy it was, this allowed our group to take more time enjoying each other's company. As far as the flavors, there were a few items that were highlights for food but otherwise it was all below average. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the trip with our friends and family, and made some memories.

The resort is a short drive to town. The food options were the best I have experienced with an all inclusive hotel. We did not receive our VIP resort credit. Sky pool was not our favorite pool but the other pools had great service. The hotel was accommodating.
