Great resort! Traveled with a group of friends, I will say it is more geared towards family but we still had a blast. The sister resort right next door was so convenient to switch up the food options as well. All together we had a great time and the staff were amazing!!!

As a travel blogger I get asked to try different hotels. I have been going to Cabo for 30 years and it had been a while so I was asked to stay at the PB chain. We arrived at the Rose to a musty, dirty room with winter blankets that had cigarette burns. After taking to a manager we were moved to the Los Blancos. While the beach and room view beautiful, the hotel is just warn down and lacking in coordination, communication and amenities most hotels have. Even the breakfast buffet which is usually good at every hotel was bad. No bread, or toaster, cold eggs, flies on the food. Hours of being open didn’t match the daily event planner. We dined at the Rose the night it rained. Anna and staff were amazing getting us a table but most of the staff (excluding pool waiters) were pretty rude. While moving a chair because all the cushions were worn and had holes, a security guard screamed at me, causing the chair to fall entirely on my leg. I had a welt the size of an orange that is now my entire shin injured and bruised. I could go on and on but I don’t want to be too harsh. I would NOT recommend this hotel ! 30 years of visiting Cabo, this was by far my worst experience

This resort has definitely seen better days. The property is over 25 years old, and it shows — the air conditioning is extremely noisy to the point of making it hard to sleep, the pool tiles are in poor condition, and the buffet is very limited. On top of that, there is always at least one à la carte restaurant closed for maintenance, which reduces the dining options and often leaves no choice but to go over to Pueblo Bonito Sunset for a better meal. That said, the location is excellent: it sits on one of the few truly swimmable beaches in Cabo and is within walking distance to the marina and downtown. The staff also deserve credit — they do their best to provide good service despite the limitations of the property.

Been coming to Cabo for years and staying at all Pueblo Bonito hotels but my last visit was horrible, the place is going in the wrong direction. Restaurants closing early not enough food for all the guest and property conditions are old and in need of major repair. AC units not work correctly and night are too hot to sleep. The pools have breaking titles that cut your feet and restrooms are disgusting. Definitely the last time booking at those resort for sure. Time more new management to step in and fix the place before they lose more business.

The Hotel overall was OK. The reception people we’re kinda hard tohelp 100% how we wanted and we didn’t get any welcoming when we first walked in (compared to other resorts we have been in in different parts of Mexico) , usually when we go to other resorts they welcome us in with a drink or a cold hand towel The food was fine not wow compared to a Pueblo Bonito sunset , the buffet breakfast never changed. It was the same variety of food everyday And when we checked in, nobody mentioned that we are able to use other Pueblo Bonito resorts facilities like (swimming pools or restaurants)through our stay. we found out that the last day we were there The room service took a very long time to get whatever we ask for

We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Rosé for 4 days, and while the location on Medano Beach is a definite plus, the overall experience was disappointing. The refrigerator in our suite was broken from the start. We called for repair, but it was never fixed during our entire stay, which made the kitchenette essentially useless. The resort app also didn’t work for a whole day, which was frustrating when trying to book or check services. Service was another letdown — several staff members were unfriendly and at times borderline rude, which really took away from the trip. The food was also just average at best, with limited variety and nothing that stood out. Overall, the beachfront location is nice, but between the broken amenities, poor service, and mid-level food, the resort didn’t live up to expectations.

Location was beautiful on the beach. The rip tide was too strong so it was difficult to get into the ocean. You have to scan your wrist band for EVERYTHNG. Even towels, which I find odd in an all inclusive. If you leave your towel on the chair and don’t return it at the end of the day, you will get chastised by staff for not returning them and possibly not get another. There were limited dining areas and the main buffet was lacklustre. Same food every day. Always a wait for everything. Even to sit inside at the main buffet. If you sit outside you get inundated with flies all over your food. If you want to go to the fancier Italian restaurant on the grounds, you have to pay per person. I’ve never experienced an up charge on the reservation restaurants in all inclusive resorts. Before and after every meal you have to scan your wristband. You can’t just get up and leave, you have to process your dining bill. Sometimes waiting ages until the poor understaffed waiters can make it back to your table. Some staff were really nice. Others looked miserable to work there. Very very annoying to wait at the pool bar for a drink if you go the the neighbouring hotel (blanco). The bartenders will attend to the servers who are serving the restaurant before they will attend to the person standing right in front of them at the bar. Again, likely due to understaffing. You can’t use PESOS in their own stores. You have to use a credit card. They get you on the exchange rate which is 1 CAD ≈ 11

Resort did not have any activities for the beach. Beach was very steep not swimmable if you are not good swimmer. Food and services are ok the room look dated though. We enjoyed shuttle to Sunset resort but the Sunset resort golf cart made us dizzy as it gonna up and down twisty turn too much and very strong gasoline smell give us some headace. There were not many free a la carte restaurant option at our resort. They need to offer more ootion on that for us to consider coming back.
