The moment we arrived at Nobu to celebrate our 12th year anniversary, we were greeted by Arlen, who made our check-in experience truly special. She really made me and my husband feel welcome and at home. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of this resort. The lush surroundings, immaculate grounds, and breathtaking views made for a truly luxurious experience. Every corner of the resort was designed with elegance and comfort in mind. A special shoutout to the concierge, Luiz who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and helpful recommendations made all the difference. Whether it was arranging activities, making dining reservations, or simply ensuring we had everything we needed, Luiz truly made us feel like VIP guests. The amenities were top-notch, from the pristine pool area to the world-class spa. The property in itself was perfect, the staff was amazing and it could not have been any better. The only downside is that it's a little far from everything and that it is not possible to swim in the ocean so no one uses it the beautiful beach. That said i would recommend the property as it was beautiful and the service was incredible

Great hotel. Horrendous check-in experience.

This property could be greatly improved if they would figure out the check-in experience. It is absolutely asinine to force an upsell into a timeshare to stand in the way of getting to our room. This happens to everyone btw. Additionally, the staff was completely confused about who was staying where. We received a "welcome back!" dessert even though we never stayed here. Our friends received a "happy anniversary!" dessert and it wasn't their anniversary. And -- this is not a joke -- our other friends received a "happy birthday!" dessert and it was not their birthday. Truly bizarre. Once we were checked in, it was a solid experience. Food and drink are great, but you pay for it. Definitely make dinner reservations weeks in advance as well.

This is a great property. The staff and the amenities are wonderful. There are two things that hurt this property. 1. The dining is good, not great. More importantly, the prices for the food are completely unreasonable. It is just ridiculous how expensive it is to get even the smallest snack. 2. The fact that the hotel only allows taxis to pick people up from the hotel is also unreasonable. The taxis charge about $50 to take you from the hotel to the city. The charge from the city to the hotel is less than $20. This shows that the refusal to allow Uber to pick up from the property is just a scam to charge consumers more than is fair. These two things make your stay less than desirable.

Would not apply spa credit

The stay was amazing. The hotel was amazing. It would have been a perfect vacation however, we love spa treatments. This booking was advertised as having a $150 spa credit. I communicated with the hotel prior to the trip about the credit, and booked a treatment. As I was checking out, they would not give me the credit. They said I couldn’t use my credit because the spa package I booked was a “special” which wouldn’t allow me the use the credit.
