Leblanc was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The food is amazing and the Butler service is incredible. Ricardo and Kelly were such amazing butlers, so attentive and nice. We cannot wait to come back.

Had a wonderful experience at Le Blanc. However, it was marred by a billing issue that is still unresolved. I paid the deposit on one of my credit cards, but used a different one at check in. Front desk informed me I had no choice but to pay the entire bill on the card I had with me and that I would receive a credit for the deposit on my initial card. Not a big deal - unless you never receive the credit. Le Blanc says it is an Expedia issue and they cannot help me. I have been dealing with Expedia but only receive return messages from what appears to be a chat bot. It’s been over two weeks and credit has not been received. The credit is for over $1,000 so not a small sum of money.

The service is unlike any other place I have been to. The attention to detail, the butlers, the staff friendliness is what truly makes the difference in the experience. The food could have been better.

Beautiful Hotel

This was one of those trips where I was sad to go home. This hotel is special in so many ways. Great location, nice beach, delicious food, wonderful service, clean room with nice amenities - comfy robes, plenty of towels, 2 sinks, nice patio, binoculars to watch the whales, blanket to take to the beach if it was chilly. Pool area was pretty with comfortable lounge chair. Lovely spa, although it's pricey. My only complaint was the rush at checkin to get you to commit to a meeting the following day so they can sell you a time share. Bad timing and no thanks. They tie in hotel credits you can use to go towards the spa or excursions which is manipulative. Other than that, I'll definitely go back.
