The staff was very cordial. For that resort to be as busy as it was the staff really kept up with the cleanliness. We did not receive any more washcloths once they were taken after the first day of cleaning. When asked housekeeping for more, we were told there weren’t anymore. These people at the Hard Rock are scam artists. Be prepared to drop lots of extra 💰. I do NOT recommend this place. They will suck every extra penny out of you and have no regrets about it. There is 0% customer service from the management and Front Desk. Children are free at this establishment, but their system defaulted back to two adults at the time of booking and I didn’t catch it and neither did they when I called the hotel to confirm our reservation tor 3 people (they confirmed we were good) but then made me pay $880 to add her even the children are free and she was added but fell off. In addition, I got food poisoning while I was here. Then make sure you do not get the prepaid taxi service from the hotel. Just use a regular taxi. They charged us $300 round-trip and then would not change our return time after our flight was delayed and said we had to sit at the airport for 5 hours because they would not budge on our time…they do not take into consideration delayed flights and made us pay for another taxi for $140 so we ended up paying $440 in taxis because of them just to get to and from the airport. Also, you cannot swim in the ocean at this establishment as it’s too dangerous so all the excursions you have to do in town, including any snorkeling or anything of its kind so that gets extremely expensive and the time it takes to get to and from town to each excursion will eat up several hours of your day…Hotel is nice and the weight staff is very friendly but…

This property was amazing. The staff are friendly and courteous and provide exceptional service. This has been one of the best experiences I have had at a resort. My only gripe is that the property does not have a swimmable beach; however, that is the case for most places you stay at in Cabo. I was also unable to redeem my $200/ night resort credits included with my vacation package. I attempted to redeem them and apply them towards my balance at checkout and was told that they require prior knowledge of the usage of the resort credits in order for them to be applied. I felt my credits should have been honored as they were included with my vacation package. All in all, great resort.

We had to request towels and washcloths as there was none left in our room. One of the events at the Lyric pool was not suitable for children and there were many there. Asked for more clothes hangers but none were ever brought. Food was OK

The hotel is too noisy and feels messy. Also, the view from the hotel room is like a construction site, as if the hotel is being expanded. Also, the unfriendly and irritated expressions of the hotel staff show how bad the service of this hotel is. The restaurants also have overlapping menus and the taste is not so good, so it was miserable while staying at the hotel. I don't want to give this hotel even one star.

Fruits served only at dinner, each morning for breakfast I had to request hot coffee (warm coffee served). Limited variety of food at buffet. At this all inclusive I paid for surf & turf at Italian restaurant the 1st night ( it was very tasty). 2 nights later, I ordered same meals it was less food & less tasteful (yet, I paid same price). Lastly, Hard Rock Cabo should clearly note no casino on site. Several websites advertise casino on site. Staying at Hard Rock Cabo was on my bucket list because I foolishly believed it would be as eventful as Hard Rock in USA Atlantic City. Never do I intend to vacation there again
