Very modern up to date room. But, should have a full size mirror and more staff. Had to wait about 15-20 mins for a room to be ready even though I arrived an hour and a half after check in.

They told us they "overbooked" and instead of giving us the two queen beds we requested, gave us one king bed and a sofa bed with no refund for the missing bed. A sofa bed is not the equivalent of an actual bed. How do you overbook? You know how many of each room you have. Don't sell more than you have. Also, there was not enough parking on the property.

I was disappointed because everyday i would asks for housekeeping and fresh towels. Traveling with young kids. If you know you know. Plus we couldn't get the trash empty. We were there four days.

They never came to clean our room, said we needed an appointment 24 hours ahead for us to clean room and take out trash. I have never experienced that. I’m pretty disappointed

When arrived to check in , their wasn’t any rooms available and waited till 6pm , and then I had to down grade to a 2 bed instead of what was requested which was as a king size full room, I also had to struggle to find parking . Hotel was over capacity and felt uncomfortable .. I also wasn’t pleased with hotel being super basic and definitely in need of an upgrade to better furniture the bed I slept in was hard and super noisy .. so safe to say I will never stay at this location again..

We got there at 5pm and check in is suppose to be at 3pm. They still made us wait 30 minutes and we were ahead running late. Their excuse was someone was doing “inspections” and in reality they were still cleaning rooms. Very inconvenient check in, not sure if I’ll be coming back.

Interesting place

Our check in time was 3pm, we didn’t get into our room till almost 6pm!!!! The parking is also horrible. We heard people fighting on our floor for an hour and a half on and off so I tried calling the front desk over and over but no answer no security came upstairs to check. It was definitely an interesting stay to say the least. The room was clean though I guess.

Rooms not ready on time

I had reserved this room 2 weeks before my event and when I got there they didn’t had a toom ready for me they had me in a waiting list I got a room till 8pm they didn’t even had parking available it was so stressful that I didn’t even ended up going to my event because it was too late

My reservation had check in of 3 pm. When I got there i was told there was a line of people ahead of me waiting for rooms to be available. i had an event I needed to be at 5 pm and my room was available almost at 5 pm.

When I arrived to check in a lady “checked” me in telling me the room was not ready it will be ready in 5-10min I said okay. People were getting rooms and paying there deposit. Turns out that it was time for her to go home so she did not check me in properly I had to go double check with the guy that was swapped to see what was going on. He checked me in properly and he apologized. When I checked out the same lady was there on her phone and the guy was swapped once again.
