The property needs renovation. It felt dirty and worn. There were big stains on the matress and the bathroom was outdated. The lack of having a bar or restaurant available was a big disappointment. At least the convenience store could have been stocked with more healthy food choices. Really, the only thing going for it was its proximity to USC.

convenience was the whole reason why we stayed there - to be close to usc. Pillows and mattress were terrible. Front staff woman was very rude. Bell hops were wonderful. Had to chase down cleaning woman to do our room. One day it was not done at all.

The place was great and clean. I have no complaints about the place. Very great place. However, when I arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk was not very kind and gave me a hostile treatment. First, she said I had no reservation and then she refused to speak Spanish because she said she wasn’t getting paid enough to speak Spanish. This was the only downside about my stay. All the other staff we had spoken to before was very professional and respectful.

It felt a little unsafe at times with walking from the garage to the hotel. For a guy, probably no big deal... But for women, i could see it being a little scary with transients roaming around.
