It was passable....

A nice little hotel for a quick trip to Thousand Oaks. Front Desk was helpful, unfortunately we had to deal with them too often as there was no sheets on the beds when we got there, and when getting a second pass for a family member we were told that we din't need to pay for the parking pass, although I already had. So that was strange. And even though it is a non smoking motel, the halway stank of Smoke very bad.

Room needed to be cleaned better

The room was nice but it was not clean. There was residue on the "clean" dishes so I had to wash them before using. There was goop on the microwave buttons and light switches and a used kleenex between the bed and night stand.

Great place for families

Took my family on a trip and this was perfect! We had the right amount of beds and room separation for everyone to sleep well even on a trip. The kitchenette that I expected surpassed my expectations because it was in fact a full kitchen with supplies. I don’t know if I can go back to a single room with multiple beds again. This was great!
