It was a wonderful experience and great place to stay. The room was spacious and clean, and bathroom was nice and modern. Some things to know are parking is an overnight fee of $19, breakfast is not included but the restaurant is great! There is a gym to use on the 4th floor. So I look forward to staying here again

Property could get a refresh. I was expecting more from a Westin. I should not have been surprised given the « good » price. And the outdoor pool was closed : ( good location, walking distance to old town, shops and restaurants.

Love the hotel and location! We had no idea about the spectacular wild parrots of Pasadena until they started flying in to roost in the trees surrounding City Hall - one block away from the hotel! It is a mesmerizing and incredulous sight and sound show! It happens every day at dusk, and an experience you'll never forget!

Great location and good valet parking service though not cheap at $28/per night. Cleanliness is an issue. Stained towels throughout my stay, dirty/unswept bathroom floors, broken/loose toilet seat. Two days I asked the reception desk to ensure my room gets housekeeping service while I am out for the day and it didn't get done.

There was a cockroach in our room, so we got "upgraded" but the upgrade was a smaller room with more traffic noise. When we pointed this out the person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. We then complained to the day staff the next day, they were much nicer, but the hotel offered us nothing to compensate for the bad experience. Really quite a let down given the cost. While the lobby of the hotel is nice, the rooms are small and no different than a motel room.
