We checked in really late , the guy at front desk was very nice considering he was dealing with multiple complaints at the time we were checking in. When we got to the room it was nothing like the pictures posted on here: the room was smaller, no sofa as pictured. We noticed Live and dead Bugs in the sink, in the tub coming out of fixtures and mixed in with what was supposed to be clean towels. The water would not get hot after running for at least a minute, water pressure was low in the sink (didn’t try bathtub) Had Black mold in the bathroom and on ceilings.the light fixtures were old and the light bulbs looked like they were about to fall out. The room was dirty, musty smell, stains on bed linens and chairs. Requested a different room, he switched us to a single bed room (there were 4 of us) and said that was the only one available, but that room was just as dirty. Because it was so late, he said no cleaning service available, we requested a refund and although he was willing to accommodate he said that since we purchased thru a third party that he could not. Note : there was another customer in front of us who had similar complaints plus was complaining about being billed twice. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel as we believed it was just too unsanitary for us to stay. The outside of the hotel did look ok but it was dark so cannot confirm.

It was small room, compared to the pictures, the tv did not work properly, it was smelly, there was dust and dirt on the floor. The chairs weere stained, as well as the ironing table. The bathroom looked old tile compared to the pictures it showed newer bathrooms. It was noisy because it close to a transited street. Pool had alot of dirt. No breakfast in the am, only coffe and some cheap bread, yougurt. I was specting more accorfing to th reviews..

Honestly I’m more upset that the staff wasn’t willing to give me any kind of assistance a refund of any kind after I showed him the photos of the cockroaches I found in the bathroomroom I drove 6 hour and 375 miles to stay at your hotel. Your hardwood floors where dirty to the point where, every time I would walk barefooted and go to get in the shower at the bottom of the shower was black from the dirt off my feet from walking in the hotel Room! That’s disgusting cause that shows that your staff never cleans the floors that’s not sanitary from all the people that come through there that is very disgusting! I had to throw my toothbrushes And my daughter’s brushes because the roaches were climbing over everything and even through my Daughter’s brushes away because we didn’t know what all the roaches had crawled all over besides me seeing them crawl over my toothbrush. The property was great, parking was about $13, the pool was clean, the pool chairs were comfortable, there were 2 fire pit areas, lots of tables with umbrellas, and 2 water features. The rooms were clean, the bedding was Nice, and the AC worked great. There were a ton of amenities in the room TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. In the bathroom, there was a hair dryer, dispensers with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was an ice machine next to our room as well as a vending machine.. From 7am-9an there was a continental breakfast of muffins, danishes, yogurt, cuties, and coffee. It was on a main street so there was noise, but there were also lots of coffee, breakfast, and food nearby. We stayed because of its short distance to Universal Studios. The staff was very friendly.

NOT The best spot!

This place has great staff & is close to alot of food spots universal studios is a 14min drive from place. The place does charge a expensive security deposit 150$ for being a out dated place its not worth it. I will never book again the parking spots are super sketchy the place needs work done for the price they charge
