Renovation and unreliable staff

The hotel is under renovation. Everything is boarded up and you can’t escape it. It would have been nice to know about it before the trip. My daughter left her favorite toy behind and the hotel couldn’t care less to retrieve it. After three phone calls they still didn’t call us back. Housekeeping took it and didn’t hand it in. Be aware!!!

The hotel shall inform that is under a mayor renovation process. The bar and terrace were closed and was one of the reasons for picking this hotel. Also the lobby is blocked. The rooms need an urgent update as well.

Nice staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, directly across from the Beverly Center and centrally located. Pricey and undergoing renovations when we visited. Parking is valet only and $75 per night. Would give it 4 stars if parking were included.

The hotel is under construction- the pool is not as advertised, the restaurant is shut during the day, the beds are too soft, the hotel is noisy on an intersection. Sound between the rooms is not good. Very expensive and should not be a 4/5 star but more like a 2 star.

My issues with the property where it was under construction nobody said anything. Also the pool is off to the side and has no bar. They have no room service or alcohol available until 4 PM which is kind of annoying for people that are on vacation that being said, the room was nice to people that work. There was nice, but without those accommodations, it’s just not a hotel for me.
