Disappointing Stay, Wouldn’t Return
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like it was just one thing after another with this stay. We had a group of about five rooms for the weekend, and none of our rooms were ever cleaned from Friday through Monday — no fresh towels or housekeeping at all. The hotel itself wasn’t dirty, just poorly managed.
There’s no breakfast on weekends, and when we tried to get breakfast Monday morning, it was $17 per person for a basic hotel buffet — so we went out instead. In my room, most of the outlets didn’t work, and the only one that did was hanging out of the wall. No complimentary water either.
We requested to be on the same floor as our group, which didn’t happen — not a big deal, but still disappointing. The pillows weren’t great, but that’s minor compared to the rest.
To top it off, there was a billing issue. I booked the room under my name but didn’t have my card at check-in, so my fiancé used his. They ended up charging both of our cards for the same room, which I now have to get fixed.
Overall, the stay was underwhelming. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor service, and billing mistake, I wouldn’t stay here again.
