What I like about my room is clean the bed is very comfortable. The free breakfast is amazing, my husband and I enjoy it very much. Besides that, my husband and I enjoyed our stay, and what I appreciate the most is that my husband left his favorite shoes in the room and we live in San Diego, the manager Angie, was very helpful and went above in beyond to ship the shoes to our house. I appreciate Angie and her team for doing an awesome job!

The service in the place was excellent with smooth checkin process. But, even for one night - I would not recommend this property unless there is nothing else available. The carpets in the room were dirty, bathtub was fully chipped, hair was stuck on door, towels had holes, shampoo bottle was not filled. Breakfast was also very mediocre with stale bagels and muffins. This hotel is so near to airport and in an area with many hotels - they should definitely step up.

What I liked: - the staff is friendly and great! - water station in the lobby - free breakfast opens at 6:30 - microwave and refrigerator in the room - close to the LAX airport What I didn’t like: - few lights in the room, kind of dark in the room - little noisy, you could hear some random noise (not from the airport) - hotel Wifi is weak ~~~~~ I liked our stay at Quality Inn. The price was good if I compare with other hotels around the LAX airport. I would probably choose here again for my stay in the future if I ever come to the LAX airport.
