I like having the microwave and mini refrigerator that actually works. It will be helpful to have additional trash cans, soap holder and extra pillows. I did not like the keys needed to be reprogramed not just once . Overall everything was great 👍

Accommodating staff and clean room

I arrived late and very tired from work and the clerk was cheerful and accommodating. I asked for a 1st floor level room due a bad knee in which climbing stairs would be difficult and I was accommodated. I really appreciated that gesture.

Terribly dirty mattress covered with only one small sheet, which does not even cover the mattress completely. Everything is very dirty, I don't even want to go into details. And there is no safety latch on the door.

Greetings to all I am eager to arrive, as last Monday was Memorial Day. I anticipate coming in the evening and look forward to resting there. The accommodations are exceptionally comfortable for an overnight stay, with ample parking available, and the manager is very amiable. It is financially prudent to reside there. Come and examine it! Great stay for the price

The close to a 5-star rating is pretty accurate. I stayed in a room with king size bed, it is spacious, clean and looks great for the price. I slept soundly and I did not feel any insect bites. The light going into the room can be improved possibly with blackout curtains or something else practical. It’s not that burdensome though, I just need to sleep on one side opposite the window.

I was initially hesitant to book this place since it’s categorized as a motel and doesn’t offer many on-site amenities. However, after reading the glowing reviews from past guests, I decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did. The positive feedback is absolutely accurate. This place is a hidden gem in Pasadena. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located in a quiet, safe area with convenient parking. The location is also excellent—close to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, fitness centers, and major freeways. I’m really glad I took a chance on this place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, reliable, and affordable stay in Pasadena.

No window. Sheets didn't cover the mattress fully. Someone's hair tie and hair were left on the bathroom doorknob. There was no smoke detector, just dangling wires on the ceiling.
No fitted sheet on the King size mattress. My skin was directly exposed to the sketchy looking mattress cover.
This wasn't mine. It was here like this when I checked in.
The fact that there was no window AND no smoke detector made me worried I might not escape if there was a fire.

First the good stuff: friendly check in, clean room, convenient location, safe neighborhood, free parking, good WiFi , decent price Needs to improve: checked in early with an empty parking lot and didn’t have a downstairs room with window available for us which required us carrying luggage up step stairs, room was a little run down (toilet paper dispenser broken), bed was not super comfortable, thin towels
