The property was very clean and felt new. The service was great. The room was small, but very comfortable. The mattress and sheets were very soft which was a nice surprise.

Hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Rooms are on the small side, there is no elevator to access 2nd floor, stairs are steep. Overnight parking charge of $30/night is ridiculous, as there is ample parking on the site.

The property was newly renovated, nice and clean. The rooms were large. The only problem, there was no elevator! Nice hot breakfast included. The location was not walkable, but parking was easy.

This was a fine place to stay and I liked it. Other reviewers have commented on Olivia's breakfasts. They were of better quality than you might expect at a motel of this sort, but I found the portions surprisingly small. For instance, the bagel order, which isn't included in the free breakfast so you have to pay extra, turns out to be a half bagel.

The breakfast at the Olivia is terrific! Location is great, easy access to both Downtown and the West Side. Clean, comfortable, modern--a lovely amenity on this side of town. Check your room location --the back (south) and side (east) may be the quietest. All in all, we liked this a lot and highly recommend!

The Olivia is a litte gem of a hotel in West LA. Staff is very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was above and beyond your standard motel breakfast. Location is good for West LA, though though Santa Monica Blvd. there is a bit sketchy. Strongly recommend the Olivia for either business or liesure.
