Hotel very convenient, to adjacent other locations of buissnesses like food, shopping, gas, etc.. Hard to get in, due to location, and if u need to wash, you need to go out to find a laundry mat!Clean, Nice, friendly staff. 👌 Would recommend!

They sold my booking because they tried running my card the day prior when it explicitly said pay at property. When I got there they also wouldn't try and run my card through their machine either, as they had no rooms. It was really late and I was lucky enough to find a different place to stay, but if I didn't call around other places for like 2 hours I would've been stuck in the streets for the night.

Pillows sucked and to top it off the guy in charge of the place tried coming in my room JUST to tell me checkout is at 11 like I didn’t know that already from when I first showed up. Be careful if you go there!

Room smelled .Need to get rid of terrible urine smell. The property outside looked satisfactory but although room was recently remodeled, Terrible odor. No shampoo or Conditioner provided. No hair dryer. Orbitz should not give this property such a high rating.

The room was okay however, the man up front at the desk was not too nice and rude.. I booked for two people he claims I only book for one which was not true.. claiming I got to pay him $15 to have a guess which was very unfair however I did not pay regardless if I had anybody there or not.. all he did was come out every 5 minutes and look and be a spy and see what people are doing and what's going on didn't give anybody any privacy whatsoever.. I don't recommend going there to anyone

Maintenance nightmare

Towels and sheets were threadbare or had holes in them. The tub stopper was not attached, the light switch plate in the bathroom was missing a screw and the second was loose and about to fall out. There were bugs in the bathroom light and the vents were filthy. The floor was gritty the one time I risked walking through barefoot. I had to go back to the service desk each night because my card key didn’t work for more than a day. Supposedly this hotel was remodeled recently, but I saw no signs of this. Threads were coming off the shower curtain and there was a hole in the wall next to the sink.
