It’s in a rough area but you feel safe. Close to Hollywood boulevard and Hollywood walk of fame close to universal if your doing a sight seeing trip perfect place to stay

This was basically the middle of it all, very close to the main parks, walk of fame, delcious food, and anything else you might need, say from a drug store or even a target. The crew here are awesome, rooms are clean, no bed bugs which is always important. Defiinitely recommend.

Pros: convenient location to Hollywood area attractions, Griffith Observatory, and exploring town. Walkable to tons of restaurants. Property was in decent condition and fairly clean for this price range. Cons: parking around the area at least $30 per day, streets around the area are pretty dirty and stinky.
