I stay here often for the last few years, it’s easy and fun. The breakfast needs a vast improvement tho. The avocado toast sucks especially for LA. And the pool service / opening times for the bar need to be much clearer, same with the small coffee shop inside it’s very inconsistent.

Staff is the only great part of this hotel. They were all exceptional. However, we booked under the pretense of no additional fees. There were hundreds of dollars in fees. $70 each night for parking. $40 resort fee per day, for what I’m not sure. Casting didn’t work on the tv. WIFI was slow when it connected. Bathrooms are small. No locks on bathroom doors. Hallways are dim. Couldn’t use the pool because there was always a party going on. Drip coffee is $7. No extra towels or linens in room. Be prepared to be charged for ANY amenity. Would definitely just stay somewhere more expensive with amenities included.
