Canceled my reservation the day off.

I booked this stay a month ago. Booked for family vacation. Filled out the required survey and turned in Identification. They sent me a cancelation an hour before my check in. THE DAY OF. Said they couldn't verify my ID. What. They do this the day of. Crazy. Thank goodness hotels.com helped me with refund.

First we didn’t get the entrance details until 6pm the day of and that was after multiple calls, emails, and text left. Second the bathroom were dirty and the linen had not been wash, who ever said the place was clean lied. Then I reported this to the contact person I was in contact with just to get ignored. Parking was awful. Would not recommend and would not go back again!

The house was very comfortable - a good size for the four of us. There were no issues, and the facilities were good - the pool and hot tub had an issue with heating for the first two days, but this was fixed for our last day. The location is not great, but was quiet... you have to drive everywhere in LA anyway!

My stay here overall was nice and I would stay again. However, they did not provide us with enough towels and the towels we did have were very dirty. The floor was dirty. I could not walk on it with my bare feet because it would make my feet black on the bottoms. Also, the back door window did not have a curtain over it so the neighbors could see right inside.!

Nice Apartment..

Apartment is new, clean and has everything you need. Fully furnished. And also close to everywhere, max 30 minutes drive to anywhere in L.A Parking is not a problem you can park in front of the apartment or next to it and its free.

Very clean and new furnishings. it was a lovely little apartment. Management was very helpful and kind. We were there for four days and it would have been nice if we were supplied with more than one roll of toilet paper and proper bathroom soap/washcloths. The most difficult part was no blackout drapes or any curtains to go over the blinds. Outside there were floodlights shining brightly into the bedrooms all night long so the bedrooms we're never dark. Being in vacation mode I really would’ve liked to have slept in .One of the kitchen chairs is also broken so we couldn’t sit on it.I would like to stay here again but there needs to be a few adjustments.
