Love this charming little hotel! Have stayed here a dozen times since it opened, go to spot in the Valley… super clean, safe, comfy beds, and right next to Chokolatta, best iced mocha in town (awesome crepes as well)!!

Although we chose this NoHo location for the convenience of being close to West LA neighborhoods, it is near a fire station. So it was pretty noisy, especially at night. Upon arrival, we discovered our room’s fridge was broken. A couple staff members attempted to “fix” it, but after waiting an hour or so later, they finally decided to change our room to a larger suite with a working fridge. That was probably the best part of our stay. BTW, their “King” size bed is more like a queen. There’s no way that bed could sleep 3, unless one person is a child. Room & bathroom are decently clean and their towels are good thick quality. They could use a refresh in the rooms. Their floorboards are bit creaky in spots and the wallpapers aren’t smooth. Overall, I’d come back only if I’d gotten similar price discount. With no breakfast or pool/hot tub, being near Universal is the main reason to stay here.

This was clearly a casualty of COVID. New property, rooms fairly clean (stayed there twice, once in Spring 2024, again in Spring 2025). However, the entire outdoor entertainment area is shuttered. Close to everything, but nothing other than a room.

Excellent small hotel in super convenient location

Excellent small hotel with super comfortable bed, spacious room and pretty public areas. Parking was super convenient and felt secure. Very convenient location with great access to Burbank (BUR). Only beef: incredibly low water pressure in the shower.

The hotel itself was great! Property was nice, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent! Area around the hotel was meh. There is a new building being built right next door so construction sounds early was a tad annoying…but..not the hotel’s fault! Parking is limited, but we always ended up with a spot. Overall, very nice stay!
