Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I received a room that was quite dirty. There were stains all over the couch, a water leak in the corner by the back wall that had been poorly patched and had rust marks, and a horrible looking stain on the mattress. I do have to say that when I brought the issues to the staff, they were very accommodating and provided me a new room that was much cleaner and less rundown.

Saw some possible prostitution in your hotel - I saw a naked female, open the door and said oh I’m sorry I didn’t know that was you - I did not knock on the door. All I was doing was walking down the hallway. - I felt propositioned- open that bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. Slept really good. -

At arrival, there was no “welcome in” as his customary at most hotels. In addition, he was less than friendly. Electrical outlet near sink was not working. Maintenance came but didn’t fix. At check in my credit card was not returned to me however I didn’t notice it until sometime later. when I went to the front desk and asked for my card they said oh yeah here it is why on earth would they not have called either my room or my cell phone to notify me?

Loved the service, I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in and out because he was wonderful! Perfect location for cal poly visits! Cleanliness could use a lot of improvement! The room was not the cleanest unfortunately but the parking was plentiful and service was great
