I have stayed at many hostels and this was the first one that did not provide a blanket for the bed. That was odd and very uncomfortable. I left at 7am and never returned even though checkout was at 11am. Also there are 4 bunkbeds in a very small room so you can barely walk in or out of the room. It was not comfortable. Great location but I would never stay here again ever.

Worst experience!

I arrived at the hotel at 6pm. It was not late night but owner said. It’s already full in share room. If you add ＄20 you can use private room, you don’t wanna pay, you can sleep on the couch near front desk or find other hotel. This is awful. I already paid online and I booked by advance. There is no choice so I slept in the couch. Of course no discount. Then dripping water from the wall to my head. It was the worst experience ever!

At first I didn’t know what to expect, but the hostel was nice. I was able to catch up on sleep on my 12 hour layover. There’s quite a few eateries and CVS within walking distance! Very convenient too.

Great place to crashout for sleep

Dicarlo checked me in and made me feel welcome, hes a gentleman and a scholar. Place was comfortable enough that I went straight to sleep without intending to, bed was that comfortable.

Didn't think it was worth what I paid for. Very unsanitary place. To bad Expedia never had a chance to see property before advertising it on site. I would take it down. Very dirty, trashy, stinky place. Room was not to standard house keeping. Linens were nasty looking. Sad I can't even get a refund of the cost I paid to stay there. False advertising . Thought my vacation was going to be a vacation. But to my surprise, had to find another place to stay Ended up rented at four point hotel, downtown LA.

Stay away this place Is terrible

Stay away! I booked this so-called hostel three days in advance, traveled 11 hours, and arrived at 11:00 p.m., only to be told by the manager behind the desk—who seemed about three-quarters drunk or high—that they didn’t have a room for me. I explained that I had made a reservation three days prior, and he responded, "First come, first served. I don’t care about reservations." When I tried to reason with him, the TV was blaring. I asked him to lower the volume, and he jumped up, started yelling, and said, "Is this loud enough for you, homie? If you want a f***ing reservation, go to the Marriott. We don’t have rooms—first come, first served." He kept repeating himself and got in my face, trying to intimidate me while saying, "Loud enough for you now, bro? Or do you want me to speak louder?" Exhausted from traveling all day, I told him I wasn’t leaving and demanded something—anything—somewhere to stay. I ended up sleeping on a 5-foot couch in the hallway, even though I’m 6'2". People walked by all night, the lights stayed on, and I barely got any rest. Stay far away from this place.
