Do NOT BOOK this hotel! I booked because it was close to the hotel. Horrible transportation - I got on a Hyatt bus - telling the driver I was going to the Hyatt on Century and when I didn’t get off at the Hyatt Regency stop - even though I came up with $21 - was dropped off at the curb about 2 blocks away with 3 suitcases to manage and to walk 2 blocks in a dimly lit alley to make it to the Hyatt I was staying at. No front entrance of hotel, no help, no auto doors. NOT FOR 70 year old widows!

Don’t rely on the shuttle to get you to the airport. A large group of us waited 45 minutes in the rain at the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up!

The hotel used to offer continental breakfast, which is why I booked this hotel. The breakfast is now $11 and still the quality of the continental. The continental breakfast was a great benefit of the hotel, I encourage them to reinstate it. I will not book here next year without the continental breakfast.
