This hotel is very nice, clean on the inside of the property and rooms are nice, although the parking situation is iffy because if you don’t get the 48 dollar daily pass you have to pay $26 everytime you leave

Hyatt Place-LAX airport too slow at midnight

1.shuttle bus from Los Angeles airport to Hyatt Place at around midnight was a long wait , about 30 minutes. Meanwhile we saw 6 shuttles from Hyatt Regency pass by st the same time. 2. Very poor service by 1 person at midnight. indifferent, walking away into a room and back and changing counters for no reason the 20 minutes wait with 3 persons in front could have been completed within 10 minutes. 3. After a long flight from Barcelona via Montreal, the whole experience is avoidable in future.

The pictures of the rooms on Expedia nor booking isn’t what you get. The properties really in need of improvements. The shower has to run for awhile before getting hot. The carpet once off the elevator on the 10th floor is smelly and dirty. I have stayed at many Hyatt properties and have never experienced anything like this. Someone is doing some maintenance at 7am in the mornings inside the hotel, you hear banging and pulling.

It’s not a bad place to stay if you have an early flight at LAX. Shuttle was convenient and totally fine. But the entrance is a huge problem. Difficult to get into the place if you are dropped off. It’s also hard to see where it even is.
