Arrived at the hotel at 10PM. Computer system was giving them problems. Couldn’t get a room key till 12pm. Didn’t ask for any compensation. Following morning I asked for a 2pm check out. Charged me fifty dollars for the late check out. Proper thing to do would have been to comp that due to the extremely late check in.

The hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly but abrupt on check in. Fantastic room with kitchen facilities, 2 double beds and a sofa bed ready made. Excellent pool and hot tub with plenty of loungers. Disappointing to have hardly any water pressure especially in the shower and the room did not have a window. Staff did not respond to messages so could not organise allergy free bedding in advance or make requests.

Loved the area, the amenities and the awesome breakfast! What we didn’t like was that when we landed yesterday, we waited for almost 45 minutes, and no shuttle vans showed up. I called and checked to let them know we were there still no one showed up. We actually got a ride from the Hyatt regency van who kindly dropped us off. So many shuttles but we were standing there for a long time.

Great hotel. The suite was perfect for a family. Rooftop pool was fun! To note, breakfast is not included for free unless you are a certain tier in their rewards program. With 3 kids, ‘breakfast included’ was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, as it was convenient before an early flight. Otherwise, the food from the restaurant was great and the facilities were nice!

Great…with a few tweaks

It was a very nice hotel. Loved the great breakfast and shuttle service! The tv was a bit off though. Couldn’t hook up to my streaming services because I don’t have Google cast and the channels that were offered did not follow the guide, so the viewing was odd. Also, would’ve liked to have a comforter instead of the quilt type of bedding.
