Close to so many activities. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was great-heated just right and good sized. We did the swan peddle boats at night time. What a kick! Really good restaurants very close so walkable. We stayed here before a cruise and the stay here was even better than the cruise!

Our room AC was broken and they could not repair . They had trouble relocating us and wanting to downgrade our room. They ended up moving us at 1am and we were traveling with an entire family. It took several calls to make the room change. They did not comp or give us any discount at all also

WiFi was spotty, elevators were down twice, asked for 2 blankets and they came quickly by then housekeeping took one away before the end of our stay. Not sure why. Water pressure in shower was pitiful. Room was right across from the golds gym. So make sure you have your blinds closed at all times unless you want people to watch you go to the bathroom. Air conditioner was changed by housekeeping as well before the end of our stay. Very odd. Place was clean, housekeeping did a good job with that. Staff was friendly and location is convenient for the convention center, bay, lighthouse, shopping and eating.

Hotel stay was nice and clean. The elevators didn’t work a few times. The roof bar is only open on the weekend. No breakfast or coffee provided. There is coffee in the room with powdered creamer. The ac in the room would turn off. Shower was confusing and also had low pressure. Just a few things that weren’t great and for paying close to $300 per night, just not worth it. Will not be back.

Friendly staff especially James in the restaurant next door. I believe he’s also hotel staff maybe? Not sure. The hotel room although small served our purpose when staying in the area for a three day convention. Take your water bottle to use for refills in the lobby. We loved that option! Only thing I couldn’t believe is that the restaurants nearby close sooo early even on weekends with exception of certain bars. Make sure you share your yelp app or call ahead if you’re interested in doing later dinner times. There’s food trucks near the convention center as well and they offered great taco options! The view from rooftop hotel was a great spot to have a drink!

After paying $500 for a single night, I wanted to stay to enjoy the pool on my day of check out. The front desk staff would only give my party of 2 one pool gate access key which required us escort each other too and from the pool in order for us to return up the elevator to access the pool. That's not acceptable.
