We booked the Cozy Queen room, but when we arrived, we were surprised by how small it was. It looks very different in the photos compared to the actual room, it appeared much more spacious online. However, the staff were very nice and accommodating, which we truly appreciated.

The hotel was great, just know there are no elevators, you carry your luggage up the stairs. It was a great stay and close to the port for your cruise!

Stayed for Long Beach Marathon. Everything was conveniently close. Restaurants were within walking distance. Marathon was a 10 minute walk to the starting line. Staff was extremely friendly.

Hotel was clean, but we were not advised that there was no elevator and we got a room on the third floor Kind of difficult for two senior citizens with their luggage because we were going on a cruise the next day The room that we got was tiny. The bathroom did not have a sink. The sink was outside of the bathroom and you have to go around the bed to get to the sink to wash your hands which was kind of ridiculous.

From arrive the hotel check in staff greet welcome and porvid good info around the area 。This hotal property are old building without left have staff help luggage move up to second floor 。Room looks clean but comforter are smile have to change as my request ，cockroach running around in the room , The air conditioner behind headboard make noise every few minutes hard to have deep sleep 。The good thing is just stay one night .
