It was quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly. Had some issues with the plugs in my room. Parking garage had what looked like a lot of dusty abandoned cars.

Amazing Staff, Amazing Stay!

I loved staying at Hotel Burbank. The room was so relaxing and comfortable that I actually had the best sleep I've had in years! Bed, pillows and sheets were soft and clean. The air flow was great with the ability to adjust the temperature so that you can have the perfect temperature in your room. In addition, the staff were so pleasant and kind. I have to especially do a shout out to Jeremy (and the person who originally checked me in - I don't know his name... he was so great too!). And Jeremy went above and beyond to help me out. While out in Los Angeles, I had my wallet stolen (not in Burbank) and Jeremy did everything he could to help me. I hope he gets many and ample bonuses because not only is he professional, but he is also kind and aware. And really contributed to my stay being fantastic. Thank you so much! I have so much gratitude for you all. And I will be back. :)

This property was very clean and located near a shopping and dining area that was walking distance away which provide us with many different restaurants and dessert places. The parking situation was super easy to get in and out of. We felt very comfortable and secure in this hotel.

Good alternative to other hotels

The bedrooms are comfortable but a bit outdated. No USB outlets. Only 2 EV chargers. I’d say the rest is more of a preference, like I prefer stronger water pressure in the shower.
