Overall good

Check in was smooth. Are flight got in super early & we were offered early check for a few of $75 which I think is crazy but remembering it’s greedy California! Also upon leaving there was some discrimination that occurred but when it was brought to the fronts desks attention they took care of it right away. Would stay again but would define cautious as people of color.

We stay once a month and the staff are great snf amenities work well for us. However we arrived on this trip to find a filming crew blocking parking, closing off parts of the hotel and exits and generally causing issues for hotel guests. There was zero communication from the hotel about this. Had we known this was going on we would have stayed elsewhere which is im sure why they didnt communicate this inconvenience to guests ahead of time.

The location of this hotel and nearby amenities are great and we love the free shuttle to/from the Burbank Airport. We would love it the hotel extended its shuttle service to/from Universal Studios, even for a fee. Of that was the case, we would go even more.
