We arrived late and when we got in the room the air did not work. We called the front desk an they said maintenance went home for the night. Asked if we could move rooms, finally at 11:30 the security guard knocked and said here is the key for new room. No heads up. Got into room 12:30 am had to get up 6 to catch boat. Not a great experience but room was good, bed was comfy, for the price you think breakfast was included.
