We arrived really late and left early. There was a problem with the computer when we checked in, but they were able to get us in to our room quickly and we figured it out in the morning. Breakfast was a little chaotic with everyone in a tiny corner of the lobby trying to get food.

They accused me of damaging a chair in the room (I had a 5 pound backpack for the trip and am not a big person) and charged me $250 on my credit card for it after checkout. I did not damage any chair. They did not disclose the property was under renovation when I booked the reservation. There was Visqueen covering the breakfast area and other areas. I am extremely dissatisfied (putting it mildly).
