One staff member was less than accomodating put me in a noisy ish room next to a room that was being worked on. I talked to a much nicer and very accommodating staff member who moved me to a quiet room. She was super helpful in every way. The HGI is centrally located, clean, quiet and has easy parking. I really like this place.

The entire hotel experience is excellence however, I in particular the front desk staff! I mistakenly had a day I missed when making my reservation and needed a room and hotel was booked. The front desk staff kept an eye on reservations for cancellations and grabbed a room for me! This was not easy Im sure as they are very busy at all times! I love this hotel and all employees are just so great, polite and friendly!
