It's a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are huge and are very nice and new looking, they even have little living room and kitchen areas in them. The bathrooms are also big and always very clean as is the rest of the room. The beds are comfy, the WiFi is fast and strong, the staff are all very kind and helpful. It's my new go-to hotel, anywhere else in the area is either the same price or more expensive and not nearly as nice as here!

Room was pretty clean, a couple of bugs dead on thw floor. Bed was comfy, pillows could be better. Accesible and a good distance from sofi stadium. The only thing that really wasnt great was the are around it and the bed had metal frames that made loud bang noises if accidently kicked. For the price it was good specially for 2 nights close to sofi.

As always clean, quiet, fair prices, fair staff, I feel bad that I had to leave my ESA for a few hours yesterday and didn’t want to, but needed money for my days ahead. Sadly if I have to leave I will be sad but understanding. I hope I can find another place like here. I never want to leave my baby alone, and am kinda upset at my friend for putting me in such a crappy position where it’s leave my pup for 10 hours and risk him barking and being kicked out, or not having money to pay for my room the day ahead. I pray we don’t end up on the street but if we do I will not leave my baby he is my only true living being that has shown me what unconditional love is. I do what I can to provide for us, I feel like I’m not deserving of love but I adore my pup. He’s so incredibly special. I pray God helps us and I am open to taking direction that will lead us out of this season of life. We’re newly homeless, since late January, and so far slept outside only one night. So we have remained under shelter even without a stable place and that is a blessing. Our bond is very close and I will sacrifice a lot for him, but we’ve only spent 4 overnights in 7 years away from eachother, and if I leave for 15 minutes he whimpers and gets so excited it takes him a few minutes to calm down. I don’t want to give him away and some may think it’s the right thing but he’s my emotional support animal, and he would be devastated without me, and I without him couldn’t go on. I ask God to bring us secure&safe.

Dollar stores and fast food near by. Fair and kind staff. Quiet at night, feels safe inside my room, at night I try to not venture off because it could have danger because it being so close to major highways and also the bus stops, but that is anywhere in LA. This is working class, convenient to LAX, best rooms for the price, not much more I could want.

Very very basic. Room was clean and shower good. Public areas (not that there were any) were grim. Neighbor hood has bars on all windows and they should know if it is unsafe!

Outside is not secured, you pay for parking where homeless and drug deals where going on. My rental car got vandalized. Hotel told police they dont have security cameras. Whatever detergent these use, I also broke out im a huge rash on my nech and shoulders, from laying on sheets/pillow. But, it did smell like pine sol when going into room

Unfortunately, my stay was not very pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room's floor was extremely dusty and dirty, as were the hangers and the table. The shower in the bathroom had an empty shampoo dispenser with no shampoo provided. The amenities advertised online through Expedia were misleading. There was no ironing board or iron in the room, even though it was listed as available. The so-called "closet" only had about three hangers and no door to close it, which made it feel unfinished and inconvenient. The lobby floors were also very dirty and dusty, and there was a consistently unpleasant odor. The elevator made a concerning, scary noise every time it descended, which made me feel uneasy. The exterior areas of the hotel weren’t any better; dirty floors and groups of homeless individuals hanging around. Another disappointment was the fact that I had to pay for parking each night, even though I was a registered guest. That felt unreasonable and added unnecessary cost to an already subpar experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency of amenities.

Guest services was pretty nice and friendly . The room was big , and the AC worked really well. The couch in the room was a bit older and had some wear and tear . The pillows were very thin , but I already read this so I brought my own . For what it costs and how close to the Intuit Dome, it’s a better deal than the other places surrounding.

Pictures of the property are outdated. Outside picture was taken YEARS ago. Inside, the rooms were extremely dated. Room smelled like smoke if the A/C wasn't running. The bed was very firm, almost too firm. TV is connected to the internet which was a lousy connection. The hallways smelled like someone was smoking, despite being a "smoke-free" property. Some of the flooring was coming apart, as well. The neighborhood was ... sketchy. Next door is a closed gas station. A lot of homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. Staff was very friendly and was as accommodating as they could be.
