Terrible road noise. You can hear literally everything from the street, even late night. Noise from next door and upstairs kept us up all night. Floor is dirty. Strong cigarette smell all around because people just don’t care. Bathroom was very dated, and not keeping up with maintenance. We booked here because of all the good reviews from others, so maybe we just got very unlucky? Consistency is also important, isn’t it?

Really nice!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the GreenTree Inn overnight for our two-day trip to universal. The quality of the room that you receive for the price is amazing. Rooms are clean and well kept, with the exception of a small amount of wear and tear in the bathrooms. I was also pleasantly surprised with the complementary breakfast. It was small, but very useful for us, since we were up early and heading out. Overall, I would highly recommend GreenTree for anybody. Its safe, comfortable and cheap!

There was nothing that I didn't like. I cannot believe how wonderful the owners are and what a great job they've done in creating a unique place to stay, which I happen to be there on business, but I'd stay there if I went on pleasure as well.

Non smoking is a sham.

The room smelled of cigarettes upon arrival. I alerted the front desk and was told that management wouldn’t be on site until the morning and the hotel was at capacity. I slept with windows wide open and fans operating. I asked for a reduction in price when checking out and again the manager wasn’t on site. I have not received any response to my complaint.

There was hair on the sheets of both the beds when we first got there. The elevator had a sign that if you got stuck please call the front office. There was not enough parking at night so people created their own parking spots.

The best way I can describe this place is Charmingly Dumpy. They tried with the lobby and common area, but our room was run down and full of cobwebs. We had to enter a gate near the trash piles and equipment storage. The road outside was loud. They do a good job with breakfast and the the common areas were nice.
