The rooms was clean. Although it started off horrible with TONY the front desk guy being RUDE,ARGUMENTIVE and gossiper to other residence about me. I would stay there aain if i ddnt hae=ve to encounter him. Overall it was a nice stay. Wish I could have slept in longer....

The beds are cheap and uncomfortable, the room was nice and clean the couch was not comfortable and it was itchy as well.. the guy at the front desk was very nonchalant with a sassy attitude when asked a question

Ice machine was too loud. Constant people running back and forth upstairs late night early morning. Bed was quite hard. front desk called 30 mins before checkout waking us up

Property leaves much to be desired- from dirty rooms upon check in due to housekeeping shortages(desk staff is apparently required to clean rooms and do laundry on all shifts!?) To dirty laundry facilities, wifi that no one can access unless you pay $10+ and a pool that has yet to open since "grand opening" in october- the gm lacks basic skills to keep a brand new property "new" and to retain staff. In house store went without goods for weeks due to "change in vendor". Its a sad day for the building as it is already "worn out" and has only veen open 4 months total!! They do not own a vacuum- only industrial swiffers! Its just awful and sad.
Nothing to see here except the floors that I swept the day i checked in when i could not handle how much dust and dog hair I saw but housekeeping was too busy To be sure I checked into a clean room due to the number of checkouts????yikes!eeeek! What?
