Man at the front desk checking in Fri- Sunday was absolutely the RUDEST person. He had an attitude the entire time. I called the front desk for a question and got a smart a** remark from him. This is seriously unacceptable. Not to mention we had requested late check out Friday and he said it was okay and CHARGED US for late checkout and kicked us out at 11am .. the normal check out time. His coworker on the other hand was an absolute sweetheart.
The guy checking everyone in needs to be retrained. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do better.
The hotel was locked with no clerk when we arrived at 8:15 pm, with a sign saying no clerk until 8:30. The hotel was overall dingy, rooms were gross, hard floors were dirty and weird, bathroom was gross, pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in two years, had loud sex noises through the wall at 6:30 am, and the breakfast was sliced bread, apples and hostess coffee cakes.
Poorly staffed, front counter attendant rude and unwelcoming. Fighting on phone for hours in an unknown dialect loud enough for all to hear but not understand….was worried for a bit but later confirmed alll was fine. Hallways dirty with items and soiled linen in baskets. Rooms were fine just dated and worn.
