I liked the hotel, the location and the front desk customer service was good. But the housekeeper stole my sons shoes. We know we forgot the shoes over there before we check out. We called them to let them know ASAP. But they said the housekeeper didn’t find it. It was Maison Margiela Replica shoes. So be aware people. Check everything before you leave otherwise they won’t return it back to you

We noticed a missing access plate in our room and peeling paint on walls torn wallpaper in the cafeteria. The building needed maintenance.

First and last time I stay in this property. Room is basic but the bathrooms shows aging and lack of attention. I arrived on a transcontinental flight in the evening. Upon taking a shower the water pressure was almost non existent. The toiletries at the shower had little to none product. Rust in the shower and the triangle shaped rack to put some shower stuff was broken. AC control on the wall does not control the AC. Had to power the AC on the window. Pillows are super thin (or super worn out). Food shop available near the lobby has pretty basic stuff. Had to go out (about a 10 min walk) to find food. I tried to use the pool the next day but it is not a heated pool and seems pretty worn out. Water was freezing cold so couldn't use it. This is a property that undermines the Doubletree and Hilton brands. Value for money just not worth it. Look elsewhere.

Hotel was okay. Shuttle service was not. Staff said shuttle service leaves on the half hour. Make a reservation and we did. Only to find out driver left 5 minutes early without us even though we had a reservation. Poor customer relations.

Very comfortable bed and quiet high floor. The bathroom was not great . Shower was old and water flow not good. Late check out was allowed for a fee and helped when our flight was delayed. The shuttle service took an extremely long time to pick us up at LAX.

We had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle when arriving. We were staying here to get some rest after 30 hours of traveling. They had air hammers and extremely loud construction occurring. We could not sleep and caused a migraine. We asked if we could catch the shuttle back to the airport at 5:30 they said no the shuttle only leaves every hour - the shuttle didn’t show until 5:45. Also the shuttle driver was on his phone the entire drive and at one time was on 2 phones at once.
