Airport Shuttle…. Not too good

Advertised LAX shuttle….called the hotel and was told around 20 min. 30 min later I called again. The lady told me to call the driver… I asked her to send me his tel nr. She said she was too busy and abruptly hung up on me. Called back talked to another lady. She told me 20-25 min. Ok… Then the driver called me and said 10 min. He arrived in 30 min later. He was nice and helpful. An unmarked small van…. Waited for 70 min under rain…… meanwhile all other hotel shuttled circled by at least twice…..

Double charging attempt at checkin through upsell.

The checkin process was as horrific as we have ever dealt with across 100s of hotel checkins. First, the guy said their GM has left a note that there was no single room with two beds available and told us they will give two rooms for same price. When I gave the card , they charged double the price - 950 USD when they were required to charge 410.94 USD !!! When I pointed this out to him, he was like “ohh, no problem, will correct during checkout.” And then magic happened! The single room with two beds appeared - “I can now see two beds one room” If anything , this was a criminal attempt at double charging us.

Great Hotel

They DO NOT have 24 hour airport shuttle!! it ends at 11 pm. It costs us $ 55.00 for an uber at 1 AM, even though it says it on the web site and when we called in. That is the only issue we had with the hotel. Just be aware of that .

Well the pillow cases smelled like sweat. And the bathtub was dirty.The front desk replaced the pillowcases. I just put a towel in the bottom of the tub to shower!

For starters, before arriving i called from the airport to find out where we needed to be inorder to catch the hotel shuttle. First attempt the phone was answered and nobody spoke. 20 mins later, phone was answered and then hung up. Next time, 60 later, a lady answered and acted as though i was putting her out by having to give any info to me. Extemely bad customer service. Upon arriving at the hotel it smelt like poop throughout the loby and even up to the room (7th) floor. Room didnt smell, or maybe we became nose blind by that time. Went to resturant and food was atrocious, wings were raw. Made me sick. If we would have had our own transportation we would have left the hotel. The resturant appeared to have homeless folks that brought there own food down in the resturant to eat. After inquiring i found that it was displaced people. Not sure if it was due to the fire or if they were migrants. Not against supporting the community, just provide a level of seperation so all are comfortable with the setting. Just a bad look for the brand all the way around.

I did not like it here at all they always had us on hold even when we called from the phone inside the room we paid 30 dollars for parking they didn’t even have breakfast when we went at 6am mind you we paid for it never again service was ok

Unfortunately the customer service didn’t compare with other Hiltons we’ve stayed at. The hotel seemed short staff which negatively impacted our experience. Didn’t expect to have to ask for towels, pillows and a hairdryer. The bar and shop was very overpriced and the service just wasn’t good enough. Comfy beds though. Overall a disappointing experience, especially compared with Hilton Garden Inn in San Francisco, which was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond
