Not worth it

My stay was not great at all. This is because I had to keep calling the front desk asking for items (towels, hand towels, and wash clothes) to be sent up and it held me up from my day. Sometimes I had to call multiple times to get towels sent up before it actually comes. Housekeeping doesn't clean the room, the bed doesn't even get made up. I rate this a 1 out of 5.

The check in person was very sweet and accomodating. I got a really nice room spacious and clean. Love this property will definitely book for future stays. Also I love that it its away from the Main Street where all hotels are at but yet still close to the airport. So you can avoid all traffic and chaos when checking in.

After a long day at Disney the wife and I just wanted to check into our room and end the night but it was the complete opposite, started off with our lights by the bed and outlets not working, to make matters worse we find a mosquito and spider in our room overal experience was horrible 0/10 wouldn’t stay here again

Timely shuttle service. Comfortable room. Restaurant had a nice dinner menu, good food. Breakfast buffet was somewhat limited in selections, included in our rate.

Good quick stay

Good stay for a basic quick hotel. Bed was very comfy, room was spacious. Good area- you can walk 10 mins to the in n out, grocery store, Walgreens etc. airport shuttle was available and the staff was nice.

Terrible stay. Checked out after 6 hours. The shower was dirty. The filters were filled with dust and debris. At check out, I discussed the deplorable conditions with office manager, Jay, showed photos and she said she would refund my stay after I called Expedia. After calling Expedia, I was told property manager would not refund my stay.

Front desk lady was not really helpful. We were told that they would have a room for us within an hour even though we were early. Which we understood that. But, don’t check in other people & then others who was there longer something different. Then we waited 2 hours just to tell us yes it’s ready now. Why you couldn’t walk over to tell us that you can check us in & you’ll be kindly to serve us now that the rooms are ready.

Garbage containers in several public areas overflowing and spilling out on to the floor, when we checked in at around 6pm the garbage container by floor 7 elevator was overflowing plus some pizza and food containers dumped on the floor, was still there at 10am next morning when we checked out, several housekeeping staff walked by completely ignoring it. Bathroom floor was not clean, one toilet tissue roll was empty. Only one paper cup provided with in room coffee maker. Shuttle service to and from airport is great but was not aware I had to call the hotel itself for shuttle pickup. Buffet breakfast had several xhoives of hot food.
