Everything was fine, quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient. We missed having a microwave in the room to warm up leftovers. I was surprised being charged $150 for my small dog. It was advertised aa pet friendly, but costly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This hotel was a huge letdown from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. We had to wait nearly an hour just to get our room keys.

Wouldn’t let me stay cause my purse was stolen and I didn’t have any ID, BUT THEN CHARGED ME FOR IT ALL, even though it said refundable!!! I desperately wanted to stay there!! It was bad enough they I couldn’t, but then to get charged for out!?!!’ Can’t say I have a very high opinion of them.

I love this place and I stay here with my family every months or two for a week. We have had great experiences but this time it has been not so good. The person who replaced Bonnie at night Shamir I think is his name, was very short and not very friendly. He also said that he would waive my microwave addition to the room fee and then went ahead and charged me 20$ a night to he taken out of the credit card on file for deposits. I asked

Ithe hotel is dated. There were no USB ports anywhere. The worst hotel I stayed in China at least had USB ports in the rooms. The stall were friendly. BUT, when I checked in I told him I email requested a handicap room. Please educate him that he's in the hospitality business. If a guest says their disabled. Don't put them in the room the farthest to the elevator. That was compounding when twice, after walking to 686. My key would not work..walking two and fro 9 times since check in. 6 of those were key malfunction. 1. Walk to room key malfunction 2. Walk back to get key replaced 3 walk back to room. 4 walk to car 5 Walk back to room. Key malfunction again. 6 walk to front desk to replace room key 7 walk back to room. I barely made back to the room last night. I nearly passed out in the hall. A little training is in order..
