I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Days Inn location. I am shocked and disappointed that a hotel associated with Wyndham Resorts would provide such a poor experience, both in accommodations and customer service. Upon entering our room, we were immediately hit with an awful odor that made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The condition of the room was unacceptable, especially considering the Wyndham name. Even more concerning, my 5-year-old grandson slipped and fell in the bathtub due to it being extremely slick and unsafe. When I called the front desk to report the incident, I was shocked at the lack of empathy or professionalism. I was told there was a mat under the sink—which, I assure you, there was not. The manager’s response was not only dismissive but rude. Not once was an apology offered for the inconvenience or, more importantly, for the risk to my grandchild’s safety. This experience was both upsetting and unacceptable. I expected much better from a Wyndham-affiliated property. Service was terrible the room spelled like cats and fabulous they would not give me a different room all my power outlets did not work either the floor was sticky and it looked as though they hadn’t cleaned the toilet properly totally unsanitary I will never stay at Days Inn ever again the breakfast was pop tarts no coffee

This property was nothing like it says it is. The pictures online are not updated pictures. the room we got obviously was not cleaned the way it should be. the bathroom had mold all around the shower and on the shower walls. the floors were grimy like they have not been mopped in a very long time. The bed linen was dirty and one of the pillows looked like it had blood smeared on it. the floor in the whole room is laminate flooring and by the time we left there the bottom of my wife's shoes looked like she was walking on asphalt all weekend and her slides were only worn inside that hotel room. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff they really did not seem to care about making things right. We most definitely not be staying at this hotel ever again. Also the website says they have breakfast the only thing that they had for breakfast was Pop Tarts and coffee, definitely not worth staying at this place. Very noisy place people outside yelling and partying late at night and not once did I see the hotel staff tell anyone to keep the noise down. Do not waste your time renting here go somewhere else. I feel that we should have had our money refunded to us just for how unsanitary this room was if i could upload the pictures you would see what I am talking about. But I will be warning people if they are in the Downey area do not stay at his place.

stay at this location was OK. The real problem that I found were one. Our room was not available upon their check-in time. Had to wait. About 30 minutes more. Parking lot is very small not very accommodating for larger size vehicles.

This motel was extremely dirty. The toilet was not working. The floor made my kids feet and hands black like cold and the AC was not working. I called them for all the issues, and they wanted me to wait until the next day or leave and cancel the reservation I would highly recommend not to stay at this location, it was the worst hotel I have ever been into
