The bath faucet broken, no shampoo, no body wash, no bath tub, water flood in the bathroom when taking shower. There is no staff available to ask for towel or else. I book room with king bed and sofa queen bed, but no sofa bed, i could not change the room. The refridgerator not working, no microwave, expensive parking lot fee. No free breakfast.

Need to offer tap to pay when checking in.

Good location, but the check-in was very slow because Courtyard does not offer tap to pay like 99% of all other hotel chains. This created a long line because multiple people had credit cards that would not swipe because they were worn out. This is a terrible first impression. Lobby and rooms were decent.

Super quick check in process and the lady with the glasses who checked me in was super friendly! Great amenities and I love that they’re pet friendly here. Lots of convenient stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I also love the abundant amount of parking spots, affordable pricing too.
