waited 45 minutes for a 4 PM check-in. There was only two people working in the front desk and one of them did not ask for help until the line got to about eight people. There needs to be a better way of check-in. There should be an opportunity to check in online. I had to make suggestion to the gentleman to let me fill out any paperwork while he can complete payment and processing of the security fee. I do think spending 5 to 10 minutes at a desk to check in is a waste of time.

I was told by the front office staff that housekeeping only comes once a week. I asked for my towels to be changed on the third day, but they were not. I went to the front office to report the issue, but no one was there and I had to wait in front of the front office for over 20 minutes. I will never stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the staff and how genuine and welcoming they were. The room itself was also great. I especially enjoyed the lavender scented soap and lotion that helped calm my nerves after a stressful day of travel.

Convenience is key

Very convenient location and good upkeep. Nice outdoor area with pool and fire pit. Room was a little musty I think due to air conditioning units. Staff was friendly. Airport shuttle efficient and on time.
