The first check in receptionist was mean. The room was not cleaned nor towels changed three days even though they promised to do so. They surprised us with a $60 parking charge then the gate to the garage was broken and not accessible. We travel to this area regularly. We will never stay here again. This hotel needs a major management change.

okay stay with $4 water bottles

we stayed for 2 nights, the front desk person was helpful with the parking. Hotel's parking is on the side , in the basement. When we tried to pull over in front of the hotel there are barely any spots and they are always used up by the restaurant visitors. if possible one can stay in the car and other can check in to get basement access. Room was ok. It was way darker than in the pictures but room was clean and ok. We did like the breakfast though. we had decent options and food was wrapped separately. one shocker was the cost of water bottle, a $4.10 for a 16/20 oz bottle. not sure if this is common in LA, but I was super shocked at the price.

Toilet is clogged in the room . Ask front desk to have it declined, won’t be able to do it till a couple of hours . Requested to use the front desk public restroom , personnel won’t allow us say I g it’s also clogged . Although other guest are using it and it is not clogged. How do I know, because i was able to use it after another guest use it . Why is this so ? Friendliness and .Rude . Not welcoming at all
