Singularly the worst hotel experience i have ever had. It’s listed as “pet friendly “ but if you try and take your dog out side they run you off the property - “outside, outside” which is the PHC with the traffic whizzing by at 50 mph, a sidewalk and huge overgrown shrubs. There was road construction with jackhammers and trucks and compressors that started up at 10:30pm and lasted all night. They have a “night check-in window” which was right outside our room and people were out there talking loudly most of the night. I was never so happy as when my alarm went off at 3:30am and i could get the hell out of there. Buyer beware.

Safe, quiet, comfortable

The property is definitely on the older side, but don’t let that deter you. It’s in a very safe and quiet area with plenty of parking. The room is quiet and comfortable, good water pressure and very clean, hair dryer, microwave and fridge included. They have small upgrades like USB plugs in the lamps and desk that make a huge difference. The owner and staff are so kind and accommodating and on site laundry is a bonus. I’d rather give my money to these guys than some dump Motel 6 any day.

The remodeling was poorly done. My wife was pregnant and our only option was the 2nd floor. Once on the second floor the guest below us complained about my two children making noise prior to there complaining I asked to switch out rooms to avoid the guest below us getting mad and they said they could not accommodate that request. Also there was a noisy carwash located directly behind our room we needed the TV on just to cancel our all of the noise from it. Then the TV stopped working eventually and I realized the TV was not properly mounted and could have fallen on my children.

The walls are super thin you can hear literally everything but what was worse is there is some bugs and let them know after our stay as we developed hives but wouldn’t take responsibility saying they had already other guest in the room and were told they will call back but never did, please listen to the reviews… it’s a good location but adding the medical bills we didn’t save any and it’s better to stay on a nicer hotel that would be bug free!
