The room was over all clean unfortunately there was no ventilation fan innthe shower and bathroom space, which is showing significant damage and deterioration of the walls in the bathroom. The shower head needs a good clean and descaling the pressure was a bit painful for the kids. And the water got everywhere. There were silverfish in the room as well but we wernt in the room to notice until packing up. But this could be due to the shower issue. They do not enforce the no smoking policy, the whole building smelled like weed. And we unfortunately got room 417 which is right in front of an automatic building access door that is very loud and makes a slamming sound every time it is used. I feel that room should probably be repurposed as a storage being it is surrounded by the space the maids retrive their carts for cleaning. Overall not the best.

Just ok

Property could use some updating. Fixtures in the shower were loose and there was a gap under the front door. Staff were friendly, housekeeping was amazing! It’s right on sepulveda so there is lots of traffic and pedestrian noise at all hours. Sirens and revving cars. The breakfast option is an attached but unaffiliated Denny’s, may work for some but not what I was looking for. Will probably not stay here again.

I booked and paid for two nights at this property, (both dates were on the receipt e-mail) but when I arrived, the motel says I only booked one night. I had to pay again for the second night. Someone is scamming customers. I don't EVER plan to use Expedia or this hotel chain again. I'll be sure to tell everyone I meet to do the same. Burn in hell scammer.

I liked that they had a shuttle to and from Universal Studios. The driver’s were both good. The swimming pool was nice and spa was okay.

Located in a great spot super close to main freeways, shops, parks, restaurants and malls. Feels like a place to have a staycation. Staff does a great job keeping all common areas clean and rooms nice and tidy. Next time I visit LA, 8k definitely staying here again with my family
