This property is nice, has a great location, and is quiet. Check-in was excellent. However, it seems to be understaffed. We tried to get some towels, but received no answer, so we had to ask for them in person at the front desk. Additionally, housekeeping room cleaning was minimal; they missed one day, even though we had requested it, and the carpets were dirty.

The place was quiet and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly with helpful suggestions about the neighborhood for shopping and dining. The room was quite big with everything in the kitchen so you can cook meals by yourself. It’s just like an apartment. Walkable distance to Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Safeway etc shops for everything you need. We like it, but only one thing needs to be careful: don’t get into the shower tub until you have warm water coming out because the shower head can’t be moved from the top.

Nice property. Easy parking. BBQ grills, large fire pit, large pool, sport court and laundry machines available for guest use. Breakfast included. Kitchenettes and comfortable sofa sleepers. First time at a Residence Inn. Would choose again.

Nice Hotel

Really comfortable hotel. Very nice staff. Breakfast is really good compared to the Residence Inn in Mountain View/Los Altos. Most rooms i think are updated now.

Hotel need real renovation and better housekeeping

Positive: Great location, Spacious rooms with full kitchen Negative: The hotel website state that it was fully renovated in 2024. They probably did some touchups but overall the hotel is outdated: very noisy and dysfunctional AC, old showers, old carpets, old appliances, old and small towels. Service: front desk staff are very nice. Housekeeping (brief refresh) is only once in two days and "cleaning" once a week. The room did not feel clean. For the price we paid we expected better Housekeeping.
