A administracao é fraca;; nao ha funcionario, nao ha limpeza do quarto, nao ha troca de toalha; quando à porta, ainda aguardamos a chegada da administracao; depois a troca de quarto porque o aquecimento da agua nao funcionou…poeira no quarto; muita.
