Clean. Very few Handicap parking spots but other parking options were fairly close. Easy drive to the CHI Center. No breakfast but if you have the extra time the Perkins next door will supposedly give you a discount if you provide your room number.

The room was not clean, the sink had no stopper. The breakfast was sub parr, cold coffee, fruit bruised or rotten, hot was was luke warm. Check in went well, but finding a front desk person later was not happening.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children in each room. We were assigned rooms with one king bed and a pull out. We were not given sheets or pillows for the pull out so the entire stay was uncomfortable. It happy at the rate we paid.

Quality Inn & Suites Council Bluffs - Omaha East
Placed smelled so bad I couldn’t eat my dinner I brought with me. Dingy and creepy. Woke up at 330 and nose was so plugged up I couldn’t breathe. Got the hell out of there. Cleared up once I left. Oh and no one was at front desk at check in. Waited 20 minutes for dude. Ugh

Building was not secure in evenings ANYONE can enter side doors at any time without key card. There was a domestic disturbance at midnight right outside my ground window. The sheriffs were there handling the situation. There was also loud noisy people coming and going after 10pm because side doors ...
