We appreciated that the sheets and bathroom were clean during our stay, which was a definite positive. However, there were several areas that fell short of expectations:
* There was leftover food in the fridge, which was disappointing.
* The remote control was sticky and felt unclean.
* The windows in the front lobby were very dirty, which gave a poor first impression.
* The front desk staff member had a noticeable spill on his shirt, which appeared unprofessional.
* While the breakfast was okay, the juice machine was out of order, and all three coffee pots were empty throughout the time we were there.
