Good

From the moment we booked the friendly staff messaged to welcome us and it was no different when we arrived the staff have been amazing. They have great communication and are always ready to assist you, especially the door men they are lovely! Our room was amazing and the location of the hotel was so close to everything it really made it such a great stay! Not to mention the buffet breakfast which had a great variety to suit everyone’s needs. I highly recommend this hotel and some of the staff members Mark, Thuan and Max!

My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception or staff for the apartment in the lobby. To check in or ask a question, I had to text a contact person who took hours to respond. This is unacceptable and very stressful. Poor Building Conditions: The common hallways have no air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Unsanitary Bathroom: Worst of all was the bathroom. It had a persistent, foul odor that made the entire apartment unpleasant. This was a major hygiene concern. Save your money and book elsewhere. This place does not deliver on its promises and the lack of service and cleanliness is a serious problem.

Clean room, helpful staff, and good view from rooms.

Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.

Location was good, room quality wasn't. Was after room with a view but got view of other apartment. The buffet was average as well

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was quite pleasant. The staff was super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The room was very clean and affordable. Definitely recommend this hotel. Also, it's very close to the market. You can walk there.

The property was adequate. Not as shiny and clean as the ad suggests. But the staff was very communicative and prompt with their service, which was very appreciated. The area around the building was very dirty. Overall, not a bad stay, but could be better for the price I paid.
