Llanos de la Concepcion Vacation Packages

Hotel was fine but could be a lot better with a few small changes. Food was inconsistent and repetitive, we had beef with peppers 3 nights in a 4 day period. We walked out twice without eating and went to nearby restaurants. The hotel is massively understaffed. With only one bar man in an evening. No waiter service in restaurant or during evening entertainment. In restaurant there weren’t enough staff to ensure tables were cleared and ready for the next people, with people regularly cleaning and laying their own tables. One of the biggest drawbacks is the evening entertainment. The room is set up wrong with a stage to the side of the seats, despite a large empty area at the end of the room. And the seats in the entertainment area are a sort of torture device made out of bamboo with no cushioning. With the long queues due to one bar man, offkey entertainment and uncomfortable chairs it was like they didn’t want you drinking in their bar. Our room was amazing which really saved our holiday, as did the adorable chipmunks that live in the rocks behind the hotel. Staff were helpful throughout but quite frankly overworked. The hotel was well located to visit the local area and had a lovely scenic path along the coast leading to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Very average place to stay.

Amazing location on beach. Hotel very old and tired. Food ok. Not much variety. Very relaxed vibe.

I spoke to reception about 'hot' breaskfast items being cold when I stayed earlier this year, so it was disappointing to return to find this feedback was not taken on board.

Lovely stay, thought I had booked B&B but it was all Inclusive, so even better value for money. Very quite area but good hotel with lovely staff.

We had a lovely experience at the R2 hotel. There was always space around the pool and it never felt overcrowded, having 2 meant there was a quieter space if you weren't interested in music or activities through the day. I was unwell during my stay and the hotel staff were super helpful in contacting a doctor for me, they couldn't have been more helpful. My only note would be that there isn't much around the hotel, if you're looking to explore on-foot at all - not an issue, but worth knowing if you were looking for something to do outside the hotel.

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, lovely food and fun every day.

Hotel was very nice plus garden was brilliant and big pool. Location of the hotel was very good too.
